About Us

Nancy Johnson, MBA, is the founder and CEO of Nancy Johnson Consulting. She has 29 years experience in public education. She held a variety of classified positions while employed at both Los Angeles County Office of Education and San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools (SBCSS). Nancy has over 30 years of clerical/administrative experience and 14 years of managerial experience. In 2006, while employed at SBCSS, Nancy created, developed and implemented a staff development program for classified employees. From 2006 - 2015, she developed and facilitated a variety of professional development training opportunities for SBCSS' classified staff, as well as several school districts throughout San Bernardino County.

Now retired, Nancy continues to offer mentoring and training to individuals and organizations with the goal of equipping persons with essential skills that are necessary for professional growth.
